Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to read papers?

No. Published research can be browsed and viewed without signing in. An account is required to submit work and use account-specific features.

How do I submit a paper?

Sign in, open Submit Research, enter the manuscript details, upload the paper, save your draft, and submit it when ready.

What happens after submission?

A submission moves through editorial review. Its status may change to under review, approved, rejected, or needs revision. You can follow updates from your dashboard.

Can I edit a submitted paper?

Drafts can be edited freely. Editing may be limited after submission so the reviewed version remains consistent. If changes are requested, follow the instructions shown with the submission.

How can I volunteer?

Browse current volunteer opportunities, select a role, and submit the requested application details. Your applications are available from My Applications.

How do I report a technical or content issue?

Use the Contact Us page and choose the most relevant category. Include the page address and a concise description of what happened.
