Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to ResearchUSA and your use of its publishing, community, and account features.

Last updated August 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using ResearchUSA, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Do not create an account for another person without authorization, impersonate someone else, or attempt to obtain privileges for which you are not eligible.

3. Research submissions and licenses

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant ResearchUSA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, index, review, display, distribute, and preserve that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, identify co-authors, and include supporting materials. Publication does not imply endorsement of a paper's findings.

4. Academic integrity

Submissions must not contain plagiarism, fabricated or manipulated findings, undisclosed conflicts, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights. Authors must describe contributors and sources accurately and comply with applicable research ethics requirements.

Reviewers must act fairly, protect confidential submission information, disclose relevant conflicts, and avoid using unpublished material for personal advantage.

5. Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the platform in a manner that harms availability, send spam, harass others, misuse personal information, or use ResearchUSA for unlawful activity.

6. Moderation and account action

We may review, restrict, reject, unpublish, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, respond to legal obligations, or address security and integrity concerns.

7. Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Research content is supplied by its contributors and is for informational purposes; it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.

To the extent permitted by law, ResearchUSA disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, acceptance or publication of a submission, or the accuracy of user-provided content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ResearchUSA and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Questions about these terms may be submitted through the contact page.
